Therapists in the Big Rock Psychology Building encompass a vast experience that enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples who are seeking counselling and/or assessments. We are all Psychologists with autonomous private practices. WE have come together in this building to provide our community with a variety of services based on the needs identified by the public.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

David Small is a Registered Psychologist providing in-person and virtual psychological service to Alberta residents.
David believes that personal distress is manageable and that most life stressors fall into three categories that include relationship difficulties, internal factors (troubling thoughts) and difficult life events (past and present). David believes that every client has the capacity to make changes and the evidenced based strategies that he uses in his practice are an effective way to help overcome barriers.
He has developed areas of specialization in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder and he is also a strong advocate, and affirming counsellor, for the LGBTQ+ community.
